This plot shows measurements of neurites per cellbody vs. branches per neuritelength based on the general neurite marker TUJ1. Several clusters are seen, which represent 1. taxol induced decrease of axon branch density, 2. normal branch density, 3. increased branch density by low levels of nocodazole or actinomycin D, 4. excessive cell death induced by high levels of nocodazole or actinomycin D.
